TG Engineering and review center was founded by Engr. Tromil T. Gardose in September 2018, located at the Wawa, Taguig City, an online learning platform focused on transferring knowledge and sharing experiences related to the Certified Mechanic Board. Initially, the business operated in Lower Bicutan but was forced to close due to the pandemic, leading to a shift to online operations. The platform provides lectures, resources, and assessments for aspiring mechanical engineers, aiming to address the declining practice and discipline in the field. To ensure smooth operations, the business follows a structured system. Students are required to join Zoom meetings 30 minutes before the lecture, with cameras remaining open throughout the session. Questions are only allowed after the lecture, and students receive recorded sessions, study materials, and quizzes afterward. However, sharing these materials with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited. The business is managed by an individual handling finance, registration, faculty responsibilities, assessments, and payroll. Enrollment is conducted through Google Forms, where students provide personal details and payment proof. Once verified, they are added to a group chat where meeting links and study materials are shared through Google Drive. Despite its efficiency, the business faces challenges in monitoring payments, as it is difficult to track who has completed full, partial, or down payments. Additionally, the proposed solution is to develop a registration system with an integrated payment method to streamline transactions and ensure accurate monitoring of enrolled students. With its goal of becoming the leading provider of Certified Mechanic Engineers in the Philippines, the business continues to refine its processes to improve accessibility and efficiency in online education.
